Hohenzollern Castle
The ancestral seat of the Prussian royal house towers visibly above Hechingen – in clear weather you can see the castle right from our house. By car you reach the foot of the hill in about 10 minutes. Crown jewels, guided tours, Royal Christmas markets and open-air cinema in summer.

A network of hiking and cycling trails – it begins right at the villa. A stage of the Way of St James from St Luzen, trails along the Albtrauf escarpment, caves, golf, mini-golf, an indoor and outdoor pool and tennis – you are out in the green within 5 minutes.

Fine restaurants and cosy cafés right in town – Restaurant Schwanen and Kupferpfanne are a short walk away. At the foot of the castle: the historic Domäne Areal with its beer garden, adventure golf and petting zoo. Or treat yourself to Italian cuisine at Am Schloß Lindich.

Bicycle shed, terrace and charging station
Lockable bicycle shed
A separate, lockable bicycle shed is available at the rear. Your bikes stand dry and secure there – ideal for a stage on the Mammut cycle route, the Hohenzollern cycle route or the Meinradweg, the pilgrims' cycle route of St Meinrad.
Terrace for your free use
You are welcome to use the terrace with its parasol and view over the greenery at any time. Ours is a non-smoking house – please smoke only on the terrace, where ashtrays are provided.
Our own AC charging station
You will find an AC charging station right on the house wall – for our guests and for the public. The space in front of it is reserved for electric vehicles, so you can charge comfortably overnight with no idle fees.
