Accessibility statement

Unsere Stadtvilla strives to make this website accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG). The benchmark is EN 301 549 and therefore the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at conformance level AA.

Compliance status

The website was designed and tested against these requirements: sufficient contrast, full keyboard operability with a visible focus, a skip link to the content, labelled form fields with clear error messages, image descriptions and screen reader labels in every language offered, and reduced motion when the operating system requests it.

Content that is not or only partially accessible

The booking system is provided by Dirs21 and embedded in the page. Its accessibility is the provider's responsibility; we have requested a statement. Anyone unable to use the booking system can reach us at any time by phone or email – we are happy to take your booking in person.

The Google Maps map is loaded only after a click and is outside our control. Our address appears as text in several places, for example in the footer of every page.

The service guide is additionally offered as a PDF. Its full content is available as an accessible web page; the PDF is merely a supplement for printing.
